BSC faculty-researchers have undertaken value-adding activities on the uhangu fruit at the Cagayan State University Food Innovation Center, Tuguegarao City on July 17-18,2023. The uhangu, also known as sea pandan, is a tree commonly found along the shorelines of Batanes. The fruit is often eaten by the coconut crab or tatus.
