Brandon Villa makes Batanes State College proud once again after securing his ticket to the National PASUC for the second consecutive year. Villa achieved this feat after being hailed as champion in the Painting category of the CaVRASUC 2024 Visual Arts Competition held at Quirino State University.

Mr. Villa will represent BSC and Region 2 at the National PASUC 2024, to be held at Philippine Normal University, Manila on April 22-25, 2024.
