Batanes State College Faculty Members are participating in the “In-Service Training on the Preparation of Table of Specifications (TOS) and Test and Measurement” held at the BSC Conference Hall today.

Dr. Liza L. Quimson, AACCUP Senior Accreditor and Campus Executive Director at Pangasinan State University – San Carlos City Campus is the resource speaker for this training. During the opening program, Dr. Quimson expressed her appreciation for including part-time instructors in the training, noting that this was her first experience with such inclusivity. She indicated her hope that this training will significantly contribute to enhancing the instructional quality at BSC.

This one-day training workshop aims to capacitate the faculty members with the skills and knowledge to create a valid TOS, design reliable and fair assessments, and understand the principles of test measurement to ensure that evaluations of student performance are meaningful and effectively reflect the quality of instruction at BSC.
