The BATANES STATE COLLEGE kicks-off its various activities for the celebration of the 1st National Higher Education Day and the 27th Founding Anniversary of CHED with Painting Contest, Mobile Photography Contest and Songwriting Contests for students. And what better venue for the said contests than the pristine, picturesque and breathtaking views from the Basco Lighthouse at Naidi Hills and the Vayang Rolling Hills? BSC President Dr. Alfonso R. Simon personally attended the opening of the Contests which was held early morning today, 17 May 2021. Ms. Elein T. Esperanza , SSC Adviser, Mr. Claven Erodias Jr. of the TED and SSC President Ms. Jamilin Viola led the conduct of the said contests. Strict orders were given to participants to comply with health protocols.
