Billote, for their exceptional achievement in winning 2nd place in the Essay Writing Contest, which was conducted today, 17 August 2023, by the Commission on Higher Education Region 2. This is in line with the 2023 ASEAN Celebration with the theme, “ASEAN Matters: Epicentrum of Growth.”
