Batanes State College (BSC) led by the College President, Dr. Djovi R. Durante, through the GAD Focal Point System, organized a Bloodletting Activity on December 14, 2025 at the BSC Conference Hall. Participated by the BSC staff, students, employees from the Bureau of Fire Protection and the Philippine Army.

Although this activity may appear simple, it resulted in the collection of over 38 bags of blood. This contribution plays a vital role in supporting communities and/or individuals in need by ensuring the immediate availability of blood for lifesaving medical care.

This life-saving initiative is in partnership with Batanes General Hospital, Philippine Army, and Philippine Eagles Fraternity.
