Embracing the national call for a more innovative, sustainable, and excellent higher education system, key officials from Batanes State College (BSC) are actively participating in the 2025 PASUC Midterm Convention and General Assembly. The highly anticipated event, convened by the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) commenced yesterday, July 9, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center Manila.
The convention brings together over 1,000 presidents, academicians, and administrative officials from 113 State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) across the country. Anchored on the theme, “Forging the Future: Empowering SUCs through Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence,” the convention signals a collective commitment to reshape the nation’s higher education landscape in response to evolving national and global demands.
Representing BSC at this event are Dr. Djovi Regala Durante, College President, Romina Katrina B. Bernardo, Director for Administrative and Finance Services, Leobert L. Banzali, Director for Research Development, Extension and Training, and Daryl Alva B. Duguran, Director for Internationalization and External Linkages.
