The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) scheduled the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) today, September 11, 2025, at exactly 4 o’clock in the afternoon.

BSC personnel and students actively participated in the earthquake drill in the campus. Using head covers for protection, they proceeded in an orderly manner toward the Basco Oval, which serves as a designated open area for safety.

This initiative is important for equipping individuals with the ability to respond promptly and effectively, and to enhance their preparedness during the actual earthquake by practicing the “Duck-Cover-Hold” procedure, followed by a proper evacuation.
