A total of 25 students from the Agriculture, Information and Communications Technology and Teacher Education departments participated during the first day of the 2-day Training-Workshop on Writing and Presenting Research Proposals Towards Building Science Culture organized by the NAST Phl, OYSI, DOST r02 and PSTO- Batanes at Boulder Bay Residences on May 11, 2023.

Among the speakers were academician Eufemio Rasco, Jr, academician Mudjekeewis D. Santos, academician Jose Maria P. Balmaceda, Dr. Maribel L. Dionisio-Sese, and Dr. Merlyn S. Mendioro.
