Batanes State College (BSC) headed by the College President Dr. Djovi R. Durante, represented by the College VP, Dr. Angelita H. Vargas, in the spirit of giving this Christmas, they shared their blessings with Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) and elementary pupils in Tukon Elementary School through meaningful gift-giving on December 19, 2025.

In collaboration with the Fraternal Order of Eagles, food packs were distributed to the PDLs, followed by a simple program, gift giving, and fun Christmas games for the pupils, which were facilitated by the instructors and students of the Teacher Education Department led by the Chairperson, Dr. Jane S. Castillo.

Christmas is all about giving, sharing, and spreading love. Witnessing their smiles was truly heartwarming, making the activity a meaningful and purposeful Christmas celebration. May this season bring hope and happiness to all.
