Basco, Batanes – May 20, 2025

Batanes State College (BSC) held its 2025 Recognition Rites to celebrate the accomplishments of its students across academic and co-curricular fields. The event recognized the perseverance, hard work, and excellence of both ladderized program completers and undergraduate student achievers.

The ceremony opened with remarks from Dr. Angelita H. Vargas, Director for Instruction, who welcomed the guests and acknowledged the collective efforts of students, faculty, and parents in reaching this milestone.

Dr. Djovi R. Durante, College President, delivered a message of inspiration to motivate graduates to continue striving for excellence as they transition into the next chapters of their personal and professional lives.
