College President Dr. Djovi R. Durante, joined by Directors Romina Katrina B. Bernardo (AFS), Leobert Banzali (RDET), Daryl Alva B. Duguran (IELS), and Consultant Miss Allerine Isles, presented their Tourism Observatories Convergence Proposal to Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco and her Undersecretaries.

This visionary collaborative initiative with other partner agencies aims to foster sustainable tourism development in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Sec. Frasco has given her full support in this project which will build smarter and stronger destinations.
