Batanes State College (BSC) has officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Kalinga State University (KSU) to launch SALIDUMMAY-AI—a Smart Indigenous Knowledge-Driven Artificial Intelligence System for Regional Governance and Sustainable Development.
