In celebration of National Women’s Month 2026, Batanes State College (BSC), through its Gender and Development (GAD) Office, shared a simple yet heartfelt token of appreciation with all women employees of the College — a sweet cupcake in honor of the even sweeter smiles, compassion, and dedication they bring to the workplace each day.
