Batanes State College (BSC) proudly recognizes the outstanding achievements, dedication, and academic excellence of its Top Ten (10) Students for the First Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026.

One of the highlights of the Student Re-orientation Program held on January 16, 2026 was the awarding of students who attained the Highest General Weighted Average (GWA) for the semester. This moment marked a significant milestone, as it is the first time BSC has formally honored students for exceptional academic performance.

College President, Dr. Djovi R. Durante, committed that incentives will be awarded to these outstanding students during the second semester, serving as a meaningful boost and motivation to strive for continued excellence.
