Batanes State College (BSC) joins the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) in celebrating the National Volunteer Month 2025, with the theme: “Volunteerism for Inclusive Development: Empowering Communities Toward a Just and Resilient Future.”

The Kick-off Ceremony took place at the BSC Quadrangle on December 01, 2025, which was participated by all BSC staff and faculty members. As part of the celebration, an orientation program will be held at the BSC Amphitheater on December 5, 2025.

Volunteerism is one of the admirable traits rooted in Filipino culture. This National Volunteer Month, may we recognize the significance of volunteer work and the positive impact created when individuals, especially Ivatans, share their skills and resources to a good cause. May we also be inspired, in even the simplest ways, to give back to the community and contribute to the nation’s well-being.
