The Expanded Finance Committee of Batanes State College is currently convening at the BSC Conference Hall today, September 3, 2025, to tackle the proposed agenda items for the next Board of Trustees Meeting.

In attendance were College President Djovi R. Durante, Acting Vice President Angelita H. Vargas, Director for Instruction Michel A. Cabrera, Director for Administrative and Finance Services Romina Katrina B. Bernardo, Director for College Business Affairs Office Doreen C. Castillo, Faculty Trustee Hon. Warlito Tomas Jr., Incoming SSC President Hon. Alfred Vincent D. Baccay, and Outgoing SSC President Hon. Paul Ivan M. Hornedo.

Resource persons, including Teacher Education Department Chairperson Assistant Professor Jane S. Castillo, Agriculture Department Chairperson Xina V. Vinalay, and Atty. Philip Ulysses Castillo, are also joining the meeting.

They were joined by Regional Directors Dr. Virginia G. Bilgera from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Region 02, Dr. Julieta M. Paras of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region 02, and Dr. Rose Mary G. Aquino of the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 02.
