Batanes State College (BSC) had the distinct honor of welcoming Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Undersecretary Wilford Will L. Wong and his team today, June 25, 2025. College President Dr. Djovi R. Durante personally greeted Usec. Wong and his delegation upon their arrival.

The group then proceeded to hold a breakfast meeting which provided an invaluable opportunity for discussions on various initiatives and potential collaborations, reinforcing BSC’s commitment to forging stronger partnerships with key government agencies. The college anticipates that these discussions will pave the way for projects and programs beneficial to both BSC and the wider community.

Also present during the meeting were Acting Regional Director, Cherry W. Bravo, Northern Luzon Naval Command (NLNC) Commander Commodore Edward Ike De Sagon PN, and Director for Internationalization and External Linkages, Ms. Daryl Alva Duguran.
