The Batanes State College celebrates the momentous achievement with our very own public servants! We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the 28 Ivatans, all employees from various agencies of the Province of Batanes, who recently graduated with their Masters in Public Administration (MPA) during the 46th Academic Convocation at Cagayan State University (CSU) – Carig Campus on July 11, 2024.

This remarkable accomplishment is the culmination of a decade-long journey marked by extraordinary challenges. Despite these obstacles, the unwavering commitment of the graduates and the spirit of public service fueled their determination to succeed.

The success of this program is attributed to the consortium between the Provincial Government of Batanes (PGB), Batanes State College (BSC), and Cagayan State University (CSU). This collaboration ensured continued education opportunities for public servants despite the geographical and logistical challenges faced by Batanes.
