BSC President Djovi R. Durante recently visited the Office of Director Junel B. Soriano of the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Agricultural Research, accompanied by the College Research and Development Extension Training Director Leobert L. Banzali.

Their visit aimed to discuss various project proposals related to agricultural research and local product development. BSC President Durante and RDET Director Banzali presented the proposals to Director Soriano, who expressed the commitment of the Department to assisting the College in achieving its goals. Specifically, he pledged to provide immediate funding for the research projects.

In addition, Director Soriano plans to visit the College shortly to evaluate other proposed projects and determine what further support may be needed to bring them to fruition.
